We are an engineering consulting office licensed by the Saudi Council of Engineers No. (5110005447), classified and approved by the Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing, Qualified by the National Water Company, the Saudi Authority
for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones, and several other entities.
MODERN PATTERN is concerned with providing engineering services and consultancy for various residential, commercial, industrial, agricultural and hospitality uses in all disciplines such as surveying works, urban planning, architectural design, licensing, traffic and hydrological studies, infrastructure works and implementation supervision.

MODERN PATTERN is distinguished by its multiple achievements, which was reflected in the growth of its business volume and its acquisition of a prominent position among the elite offices in KSA, especially in the Riyadh region, Where the main methodology of MODERN PATTERN is to devote efforts and expertise to achieve the highest standards of efficiency in it’s projects that exceeds customer expectations in terms of (quality – time – cost).
